RAPBAY'S RETURN POLICY
CD and DVD Returns
-All returns MUST be received in the Rapbay.com warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
-We DO NOT accept returns on open CDs or DVDs. All CD or DVD returns must be sealed in their original packaging.
-If your CD or DVD is defective we will be able to exchange it for the same title only.
Clothing Returns
-All returns MUST be received in the Rapbay.com warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
-We only accept returns on clothing in certain cases. If the item you bought is too small or too big we can exchange it for a bigger or smaller size.
Please Note
-If your return is not an error as a result of us then we will deduct your shipping charge from your refund amount. In addition if your exchange is also not an error as a result of us then you will have to pay for additional shipping.
-Please allow 3-7 days after Rapbay.com has received your product for your refund.
