Shipping Information
How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.
When do you ship orders?
Once your order is processed and verified, Rapbay.com packages and ships your items Monday through Friday to the shipping address provided.
Are items packaged securely?
Yes, all items are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
What if I order a pre-order item with in-stock items?
If your order includes a pre-order item, we hold the entire order until the pre-order becomes available.
Want your in-stock items shipped sooner? We can do that for an additional shipping fee — please email us at info@rapbay.com.
What is Media Mail and who should use it?
We offer Media Mail for CDs, vinyl records, tapes, and books at a reduced rate. Please note:

Media Mail takes longer than standard shipping.

Only media items qualify.

If your order includes non-media items, please do not select Media Mail.
Do vinyl orders come with protection?
Yes! All vinyl records come with a FREE plastic sleeve and are shipped in specially designed boxes for extra protection.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Rapbay.com ships worldwide.

Returns Policy
CDs, Vinyl Records, and DVDs

Returns must be received within 90 days of the purchase date. No exceptions.

We do not accept opened items. All returns must be sealed in original packaging.

If defective, we will exchange for the same title only, if in stock.
Clothing

Returns must be received within 90 days of purchase. No exceptions.

We accept clothing returns only for size exchanges.
Return & Refund Notes

If your return or exchange is not due to an error on our part, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for additional shipping costs on exchanges not caused by our error.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 days after we receive your return.
Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items
If an item from your order is out of stock or backordered, you’ll be contacted via email (info@rapbay.com) or phone.
You may choose to:
