SHIPPING
-Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
-After your order is processed and verified, Rapbay.com then packages your items and ships (Monday-Friday) to your provided shipping address.
-All items are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
-If an order is placed that includes a pre-order item we hold the entire order until the pre-order item becomes available. However we can send the in stock items for an additional shipping fee. Please email info@rapbay.com with any questions.
-For CD's, Vinyl Records, Tapes or books we have added a Media Mail shipping option at a reduced rate. This does take longer transit time than standard shipping. *PLEASE only select this rate for media items. If you have other items in your order do not select this rate because they do not qualify for Media Mail shipping.
-All vinyl records will receive a FREE plastic sleeve courtesy of Rapbay.com for protection. We also ship our vinyl records in specially designed boxes to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
*International shipping
-Rapbay.com ships worldwide. Shipping will cost more for international orders and takes longer than US orders. Please allow several days for delivery and depending on your country there could be additional time for processing and customs.
Returns Policy
CD, Vinyl Records & DVD Returns
-All returns MUST be received in the Rapbay.com warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
-We DO NOT accept returns on open items. All returns must be sealed in their original packaging.
-If your item is defective we will be able to exchange it for the same title only if in stock.
Clothing Returns
-All returns MUST be received in the Rapbay.com warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
-We only accept returns on clothing in certain cases. If the item you bought is too small or big we can exchange it for another size.
Please Note
-If your return is not an error as a result of us then we will deduct your shipping charge from your refund amount. In addition if your exchange is also not an error as a result of us then you will have to pay for additional shipping.
-Please allow 3-7 days after Rapbay.com has received your product for your refund.
-All returns MUST be received in the Rapbay.com warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Other
-If an item from your order is out of stock or back-ordered you will receive an email from info@rapbay.com, or a call from Rapbay informing you and asking you how you wish to proceed. (You may choose to wait for the item to be re-stocked, choose a replacement item or a refund on the out of stock item.)
